State Senator Howard Stephenson and State Representative Kim Coleman talk with Randall O’Toole. O’Toole penned an article for Governing magazine titled “Government Should Stop Subsidizing Mass Transit”. It is an amazing article analyzing 50 years of mass transit history. It is a follow-up to his article with the Cato Institute titled “The Coming Mass Transit Apocalypse”.

Stephenson and Coleman then talk with State Representative Jefferson Moss. Moss discusses Utah Valley University‘s dual mission program where they marry vocational and technical school with stackable credentials.
