State Senators Todd Weiler and Howard Stephenson talk with Lynda Cox about her efforts to fight human trafficking. They discuss Senate Bill 213 which will require commercial truck drivers to receive human trafficking training as part of renewing their Commercial Driver Licenses (CDL).  This legislation was successfully implemented in Arkansas a couple of years ago.

Weiler and Stephenson then talk with the Utah ACLU's Marina Lowe about the doubling of inmate deaths in Utah’s prisons.
