State Representative Kim Coleman and Josh Daniels talk to State Senator Jake Anderegg about proposed changes to Utah Transit Authority (UTA) that would prohibit them from bonding for development in the future instead delegating this bonding authority to the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT).

Coleman and Daniels then talk to State Representative Ken Ivory about the separation of powers in Utah when the executive branch veers into the legislature's lane.
