Former State Senator Howard Stephenson and State Auditor John Dougall talk with State Senator Ron Winterton about his proposal to improve tax policy to help oil and gas exploration and production businesses in Uintah and Duchesne counties. 

Stephenson and Dougall then talk with Utah County GOP Chair Rob Craig and student Katie Bello. Craig discusses the upcoming Utah County Lincoln Day Dinner and keynote speaker Dennis Prager. Bello talks about helping students embrace conservative principles and being part of Pragerforce. Prager will also be speaking at UVU.
