Salt Lake Tribune Columnist Michelle Quist and Morgan County Councilwoman Tina Cannon talk with State Representative Dan McCay. McCay talks about the Utah Legislature's long-time effort in passing resolutions to ask the federal government to let Utah take care of its own land.

Quist and Cannon them talk with San Juan County Commissioner Phil Lyman. Lyman shares what it was like to shake president Trump's hand and thank him for reducing the size of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase Escalante national monuments and what it will mean to the people of San Juan County.
