State Senator Howard Stephenson and State Auditor John Dougall talk with former Utah Attorney General John Swallow. Swallow describes the criminal charges, ethics investigation, and bar complaints he battled and the 5-year ordeal he and his family survived. Swallow also describes their relief when he was exonerated. Stephenson says there’s more to this story and hopes the public will eventually hear the rest of the story.
