State Auditor John Dougall and Libertas Institute President Connor Boyack talk with Molly Davis, Policy Analyst at the Libertas Institute. Davis discusses the first-in-the-nation statute to limit excessive fees and fines which cripple the poor.

Dougall and Boyack then talk with Utah County Attorney David Leavitt. Leavitt shares his effort to reprioritize the work in his office to focus on prosecuting those crimes that actually harm other people.
