Salt Lake Tribune Columnist Michelle Quist and Morgan County Councilwoman Tina Cannon talk with former State Representative Holly Richardson. Richardson previews the national wave of sexual harassment claims and the importance of listening to women and men who speak up.

Quist and Cannon then talk with Congressman Chris Stewart. Stewart explains his proposed legislation that would disclose settlements paid out by Congress on behalf of Congressmen to sexual harassment victims. Stewart notes that transparency protects both the victim and the accused.
