State Auditor John Dougall and Utah GOP Vice Chair Kera Birkeland talk with Andy Pierucci, deputy director of Marketing and Communications with the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. Pierucci discusses trade agreements and the newly announced US/Mexico/Canada agreement (USMCA). Pierucci points out the changes between NAFTA and USMCA, particularly in regards to agriculture and the dynamics of trade on Utah’s agriculture market.

Dougall and Birkeland then talk with Rick Larsen, president of the Sutherland Institute (SI). Larsen discussed the upcoming State Policy Network (SPN) conference that SI is hosting in SLC.
