State Senator Howard Stephenson and Michelle Quist discuss two more possible ballot initiatives: Count My Vote and independent redistricting commission.

Stephenson and Quist talk with State Senator Todd Weiler about the state of the Count My Vote (or Buy My Vote) efforts and the problems posed by the initiative.

Stephenson and Quist then talk with former Senate President Michael Waddoups about his experience serving on 3 redistricting committees. Waddoups identifies why this initiative is a bad idea. Waddoups also highlights the fact that Utah's redistricting efforts have never been challenged and why they typically have large bipartisan support.
